In a part of town where the rock-heaped coastline is otherwise occupied by a continuum of private, waterfront residences, the future easement at Blythswood estate will constitute a public footpath, ten feet wide along its length, by which nature-lovers can trek waterward from the pavement of Littles Point Road and ultimately emerge upon the open, wave-lapped rocks that overlook the planar blue of the Atlantic Ocean. Don’t forget your camera!
